First visited this place by chance in 2024 and have returned again this summer as the experience and food are both excellent. The hosts were incredible as ever and the food was as good as, if not better, than we remember!

What a gorgeous place! We received a lovely warm welcome from George and Dimitri and were instantly happy we decided to visit Ambrosia. The food, the service and the atmosphere were all exceptional. George is really knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his restaurant and the food they serve and that comes through in a number of different ways. We will definitely be back if we’re in Lindos and we’d highly recommend it!

Quite possibly one of the best night of food I have had! The owner met me at the door, shook my hand, it started so friendly and an amazing service experience. Its not the cheapest but the quality and service were definitely worth the price. If you visit Lindos Greece and are looking for a special celebration, book it!

Truly a world class restaurant experience on all fronts. What makes it special: - head chef/owner sits down with you to take your order and explains the dishes well - food presentation and taste is fantastic. - ambience/atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and elegant. Cheers from Canada.

The restaurant has a very nice vibe. The owner and the staff are very attentive and offer very good suggestions. It was a really nice experience and hope you'll enjoy your dinner here as well.

What a wonderful experience! By far the best meal we’ve had in Rhodes so far. To be greeted by the owner on arrival, given a complimentary glass of champagne and then taken through the menu item by item was a special touch. The fish of the day has a slightly higher price tag but is freshly prepared for you at the table by the owner - it’s like a work of art! Booking a table in advance is HIGHLY advised as they appear to only take one seating per table, per evening. If you fancy a change from the traditional tavernas in Lindos, or have a special occasion to celebrate, I would highly recommend trying out Ambrosia.

A divine experience, quite literally. Ambrosia means ‘food of the gods’ and that is exactly what we experienced at this stunning restaurant in the heart of Lindos. From the very first moment we stepped inside, we felt incredibly welcome. Ambrosia is a restaurant that truly knows what it’s doing. Every detail is spot on. From the refined presentation of the dishes to the relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The owner is a man of true class, and his presence is felt throughout the entire restaurant: in the service, the ambiance, and above all, in the culinary quality. The food was absolutely delicious. Refined, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. We highly recommend ordering a bottle of wine; let the owner guide you in your choice. His knowledge and passion made our meal even more special, and the pairing was perfect. Ambrosia is without a doubt one of the finest culinary discoveries we made on Rhodes. If we ever return to this beautiful island, this restaurant will definitely be at the top of our list. Dining at Ambrosia is more than just a meal, it’s an experience to remember.

George is the most welcoming! A beautiful modern restaurant transformed from their previous family home. The whole family is invested in this place and their story and wonderful food and hospitality is a must experience when visiting Lindos. Their selection of fish ceviches and beef carpaccio was excellent and beautifully light. You are given the upmost care and attention throughout your time dining. Would go again in a heartbeat. The glass well with glimpses of history below is also a beautiful point of difference to other venues. Make sure to reserve a table ahead of time.
